Recruitment has not stopped in our Group, not even this year. Within the new strategic plan, which foresees the consolidation of our position both on the European markets as well as those of America and Asia, together with an investment of resources in the development of new technologies and remote control systems, we have once again concentrated on people.
Since November, 9 people have arrived in the company to support the Purchasing department, the Administration office , the commercial sector but in particular to strengthen the Technical office and IT functions, Automation and the Research and Development Sector. This is undoubtedly a notable increase, which demonstrates our determination to produce value, also in this moment of great uncertainty.
